The More You Know...
We here at Bill Walter Four Seasons Tentmasters want nothing more than to see our Customers thrilled with the purchases they make, whether that be a simple bed bag or a tent able to fit a whole group for an event. Many users of poor quality shelters are perfectly happy to refer a seemingly adequate tent-maker to friends before having their tent be tested by adverse weather conditions. It is part of our job in not only helping you or your group find the right tent for your needs but also to show that an ounce of prevention can very much be worth a pound of cure as the adage goes...
After answering the three questions presented to you on the Products Page, we further encourage you to examine other factors at work if you wish to attempt to construct your own tent or tipi such as fabric weave, one vs. two ply construction, the expense of the weather sealant, and the desire to be waterproof vs. water repellant.
Obviously there is a tremendous amount of understanding going into a quality construction and although it is not our desire here at Bill Walter Four Seasons Tentmasters to discourage experimenting on a self-reliant level, we want the Customer to understand that choosing a quality product when so many things exist on the markets is not as easily done as might be thought. Having been in business for over 30 years, Bill Walter Four Seasons Tentmasters can further explain these minute details if you wish to call us, because again, if you're going to invest in a tent or leanto, why not have it constructed properly the first time?
"There is nothing in this world that cannot be made a little cheaper and, sold for a little less - or more - and the man who buys on price alone is that mans lawful prey."
